PRESENT STATUS:
Aster Silicates has Unit- 1 at Kheda(Kanera) has three furnaces. Average combined capacity to produce 100mts of silicate/day. working on Bio-gas plants capacity 70 lac Kcal/hr. Furnaces havemultiple fuels arrangements in case of emergency.All 3 furnaces are now fully converted to regenerative type using 100% Biogas & capable of using multi fuels.
Aster silicate Unit- 2 at Jaghadia(Bharuch) has one furnace of capacity of 50 mts silicate/day capable of working on 100% Bio-Fuels and multi fuels also.
